PayPal is an online site that allows its members to make payments or transfer money to other PayPal members. There are three different types of accounts: Personal, Premier, and Business. According to the PayPal site, Personal Accounts are mostly used for buying; Premier Accounts are used to buying and selling using your personal name; and Business Accounts are for buying and selling using your business or corporate name.
